Office Administration with Reception duties. Based in Artarmon with an immediate start Your new company This engineering company is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team and assist with day to day operations of the office. Your new role This temporary role will run for around 6 - 9 months and will cover parental leave. Duties will include; Reception relief Stock ordering/maintaining stock levels Keeping the office clean and tidy Meet and greet visitors Administrative duties What you'll need to succeed This role would suit a candidate with prior administration or reception experience and is open to those with Permanent Residency or Aus/NZ Citizenship ONLY . Ideally, you will have experience using XERO however this is not essential. You will need to be switched on and have good attention to detail.
