You will be a part of our skilled Nursery Team, connecting with babies and families with expertise, empathy and experience. You will have a strong interest in the nursery age group, specialising in the developmentally appropriate care and learning of babies. One-on-one time and cuddles are prioritised for our babies, with the security of always having a Baby Ambassador close by who knows our babies well. This focus on consistent relationships ensures that babies caregiving rhythms – such as feeding, changing and sleeping – are opportunities of uninterrupted time between baby and Educator.
