Work options: Flexible About reooh Retail Media is one of the fastest growing media segments. In the US, Retail Media is projected to reach between $60-$100bn in the next 3 years. In Australia alone this industry is expected to grow to A$3 Billion by 2025 with one in four marketing dollars going to the industry. reooh is oOh’s newly formed Retail Media division designed to make it easy for Retailers to launch a custom digital out-of-home screen network in their physical store locations. reooh’s screen networks can be used to market a Retailer’s own products and services, deliver engaging content, and generate new revenues as part of their Retail Media proposition. reooh will leverage oOh’s scaled operations and expertise in areas such as; asset procurement, mobilisation, maintenance, remote monitoring, ad and content serving, activating 1st party data at location and advertising monetisation - to help Retailers build a network at pace to meet the growing demands of the growing retail media market. Role Summary You will be involved in securing new retail partners for our in-store screen network offering and helping to ensure that we hit our potential. What You'll Do Secure new retail partners for our in-store screen network offering and helping to ensure that reooh achieves our potential Utilize effective business development skills to acquire in order to acquire new Retail Partners that align with our ICP and customer qualification criteria. Take a proactive approach to identifying new sale opportunities and opportunities to grow existing accounts and ensure that Reooh is part of any retailers RFI / RFP process. Introduce the ‘best technology’ to our retail media partners and manage the sale process via ongoing support of key technology and services ( hardware, CMS, Trading, Data Platforms, RMPs) Develop key relationships by carefully managing partner expectations, ensuring partners experience the maximum extent of our capabilities and services, and assist with product pricing & recommendations aligning with key client objectives. Work closely with our Finance & Legal teams to ensure commercial terms meet our business requirements Be an excellent collaborator and team player who demonstrates a strong business acumen, professionalism and excellent communication style in order to influence and inspire others · Collaborate with the marketing team to establish marketing initiatives that build and progress the market awareness of Reooh and the unique benefits it offers for customers, including thought-leadership and strategic partner or product launches. Monitor competitor developments within Retail Media and ensure that regular analysis is conducted for the business. Have clear systems and processes in place to track and manage pipeline development so that opportunities are effectively managed and sales cycles compressed. Communicate status of customer pipeline with wider business and deliver regular and reliable forecasts as well as clear and well-articulated gap / stretch plans as appropriate Work closely with the Reooh General Manager, Product Manager, CSMs and the broader oOh business, including, Data & Insights and Commercial teams to ensure that the right resources are in-place to support successful contract executions. Experience & Education A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development/account management role Commercial savvy and financially astute with excellent negotiation and sales skills Strong project management skills and a proven track record of successfully coordinating accounts Be an outstanding team player who collaborates well and can communicate effectively at all levels of the business and demonstrates strong active listening skills Prior experience in stakeholder management and the ability to quickly build relationships Excellent presentation skills A proactive approach to new business sales with the ability to identify new business opportunities and act upon this Nice to Have 2 years’ experience in Media, ideally with experience within the Retail Media category.
