An exciting and rare opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic Event Sales Manager to join this new high end event space Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with this company that epitomised genuine hospitality and delivered exceptional customer experiences and world class events across a big variety. This role will see you work across all facets of the sales side of the business, emphasising on the end to end sales process, financial measures, business development, relationship building and financial growth across corporate, weddings and social events whilst planning and preparing for each event. Your ability to build and maintain effective business relationships both internally and externally through networking and strong communication, financial planning and business development is crucial in the success of this role, as is accuracy and promptness in responding to inbound enquiries. Focus on maximising revenue for venue and each enquiry Develop trusting relationships with each and every client providing them with a personalised end to end experience Sell the unique spaces within the portfolio Strong understanding of Marketing and usable resources to increase business Proactively build and create business relationships Drive activities to increase profit margins in general Financial sales reporting including forward planning Strong negotiation skills Resilient and determined Results-focused individual ready to meet the challenges of budgets and your own KPIs What do you need?
