My Client My client is a small, family-owned and run business in the hospitality industry. Established in 2005, they are in an exciting rebuilding phase post-COVID and are in search for a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the business' finance function. The Role Reporting to the CFO and the MD, your responsibilities will include: financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, preparation of cash flow statements' analysis of monthly results preparation and lodgement of statutory compliance processing payroll ad-hoc management reporting overseeing the AP/AR team and dealing with any escalations that may arise from debtors administrative duties such as data entry, renewing insurances, liaising with banks, negotiating contracts for suppliers, monitoring customer accounts / payments / security deposits. About You My client is looking for a 'not so typical' accountant. You must be a CA or CPA qualified accountant who has experience using Xero and directly managing teams. You love being around and interacting with customers and you can be firm but respectful when you need to be. You aren't afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty - when an issue arises you're the first one to try to solve the problem. You must love technology and always be looking for new ways to improve processes. This role is part-time (4 days) but there is scope for the role to be full-time for the right candidate.
