We currently have multiple driving positions available on day shift for safety conscious, professional drivers to complete local and country deliveries in our well-maintained automatics. We provide comprehensive and competency-based training program spanning 4 plus weeks where you will be trained to safely perform a range of tasks including not limited to, load and unload liquid products, DG and non-DG products, delivering to customer sites, use of different equipment Flat top trailers, road tankers / Iso Containers, wharf work for import and export along with Rail. Optional weekend work also available. We are seeking those who share our values and commitment to "ensuring safety is at the forefront of everything we do" What you will have Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong attention to detail for the completion of critical delivery documentation. A positive attitude, commitment towards workplace Health, Safety and NHVR compliance. HC minimum license, with proven extensive driving experience. (We will train and upgrade the licence of the right person) A safe driver history report. Police check. Fitness for duty, completing a pre-employment medical. Current Australian Dangerous Goods license. MSIC Card (desired) Rail PIN (desired) Ability to learn and be trained in explosives and chemical products. Please note it is a requirement when wearing breathing apparatus that you are clean shaven. Why join K&S?
