Duties and Responsibilities Provide necessary support to ensure that all design, procurement, construction, and installation activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO14001 and ISO 45001); Supporting the coordination of offshore scope readiness (including Training, Campaigns, reviews, potentially delivering some training too); Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plans, and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life; Participate in pre-construction survey, identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas and design mitigation measures; Take part in accident / incident investigation; Participate in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment; and Assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e., HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.). Skills and Experience 3-6yrs HSE experience in Offshore Oil and Gas sector in Australia; Developing safety related personnel training matrixes (HSE), campaigns/initiatives; Have experience working with IR/ER and interfacing with Manning agent; and Offshore experience related to readiness and verification activities will be valuable; and Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the project; Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main important international standards on HSE management sys tems Enjoy working with colleagues & clients in a multicultural environment.
