The role will have the opportunity to be assigned across various units or wards in the facility. Under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal outcomes for patients and clients and carers of the service through the promotion of best practice including the appropriate escalation of care. Additionally, your day-to-day duties will include providing safe patient care as directed by the registered Nurse or Midwife according to the nursing care plan and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife within the scope of practice of the Enrolled Nurse.
