In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process optimisation initiatives, leading teams, operations management, and liaising with stakeholders for the Springvale Water Treatment Facility. Managing process sampling, analysis and reporting. Reviewing plant performance and suggesting process changes to improve compliance and reduce operational costs. Optimising and managing process and water quality risks. Reviewing and reporting on plant operational performance. Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety. Lead, mentoring, coaching teams Assisting in operations planning including resource planning, liaising with corporate support services Assisting with asset management Liaising with internal and external stakeholders internal and external What you'll need to be successful Tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering or equivalent Water or Wastewater treatment experience is preferable. Experience in process and operations Engineering.
