About the Role WorkPac is currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our clientâs team. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting exploration supply chain processes. Responsibilities include payment claim reconciliation, invoice tracking, forecasting, fleet vehicle compliance, supplier payment reconciliation, accommodation bookings, and monitoring exploration consumable consumption. This role is situated near Moranbah, offers flexible hours to the right candidate. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with Exploration Supply Chain processes. Handle payment claim/invoice reconciliation, cost allocation, invoice tracking, and ensuring timely supplier payments. Support Exploration monthly forecasting, reporting, and monitoring spending against purchase orders. Manage Fleet Vehicle Compliance & Maintenance scheduling. Ensure accurate reconciliation of supplier payment claims and invoices with timesheets, orders, and commercial agreements. Coordinate accommodation bookings. Monitor and report on Exploration consumable consumption within the Hub. Skills & Experience Required: Australian C Class Drivers Licence Familiarity with Exploration processes. Understanding of relevant Site Safety Health Management System (SHMS). Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel. Ability to proactively plan, schedule, and manage own work tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information. Available for an immediate start. Possession of a current Standard 11 (Surface) certification. Possession of a current Coal Board Medical certification.
