Reporting to the Major Account Manager - this role is primarily responsible for new business revenue growth from the existing customer portfolio. Key responsibilities: Responding and managing one off sales enquiries.Establish potential revenue growth from existing customers through telephone contact.Generate sales leads for the Sales Team to follow up on.Identify new opportunities by regular contact within the current customer base.Provide both positive and negative customer feedback to relevant departments.Maintain the CRM – contacts, customers, enquiries, opportunities, activities and tasks. The ideal candidate?Proven track record of sales and account management Effective communication skills.Transport industry experience advantageous.
