Day in the life of a Retail Operations Specialist at Optus Mastering all operations, championing stock control, and orchestrating the store's rhythm Backing up our Store Manager, ensuring every operational and financial goals are met Keeping the safety torch ON, training teams with precision processes and WH&S compliance Collaborate with colleagues, ensuring everyone's in sync with operational shifts.
