Position: Diploma Childcare Educator / Open to Cert III Location: Sydney Type: Full-Time Rate: Up to 50$ To be successful in this role, your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover. Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians. Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool. Applicants must have the following: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain one Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for working with children and their families Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
