Young Company Our client, a burgeoning business that has experienced significant growth over the last two years, is poised for an outstanding 2024 and beyond. Specialising in high-end small refurbishments in the eastern suburbs and retail projects across Sydney Metro, they have built an excellent reputation for their honesty, quality of work, and cohesive teamwork. With a compact team of six, including a Project Manager, Site Managers, and Carpenters, they are now in search of a Contracts Administrator to bolster the team and provide support to the PM/Business Owner. The role is versatile, allowing for work on-site, from home, or in the office, depending on the workload. You will collaborate closely with the owner/PM to establish systems and procedures, including the implementation of cost management software. Additionally, you will liaise with the accounts department to ensure timely invoice dispatch and work with trades to guarantee accurate payments and capture any variations. Currently handling projects ranging from $100k to $500k, with ambitions to increase these figures monthly, the company's 3- to 5-year plan aims to organically grow to deliver projects up to $5m, with a focus on high-end boutique residential projects.
