You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. What does your new role look like? Providing a range of administrative functions including scheduling of staff meetings, documentation, responding to queries over the phone or via email Maintaining client and staff database/records Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner This is part time role which would include at least one day weekend cover with the flexibility to pick up leave cover ,up to 20 hours per week. The Days of work are Sunday 9am to 2pm, Monday & Tuesday 9am to 5pm. The location of the role is 2 booker Avenue in Mornington.
