Position Summary:Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Contract Administrator is a fundamental support position within the Squadron Energy Procurement team. The team is responsible for the safe, efficient on time and on budget delivery of a specific Squadron Energy project. The Contract Administrator will liaise closely with not only the Procurement team but the broader Asset Management and Optimisation and Project Management Office (PMO) teams to ensure that variations, claims and other contract management activities are accurately and efficiently recorded and reported to the Contract Manager and broader team.About the Role:- Competitive commpensation- Short Term Contract- Located at the Clark Creek Windfarm North of Rockhampton.- FIFO or DIDO.- DIDO 5/2 Roster- FIFO 2/1 Roster- Camp accommodation provided as requiredKey Responsibilities:- Assist the Procurement team on contract negotiations and contract drafting, as required.- Identification and preparation of margin enhancing, claims, and other recovery opportunities. - Analysing and managing contract risk, ensuring the PMO are kept abreast of changes.- Driving progress claims and variations, and managing non-technical, commercial aspects of projects. - Managing contract terms and conditions and working with legal teams to ensure compliance. - Management of post award on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract, Consortium Contract, Balance of Plant Contract, Network agreements and contracts and Subcontractor Agreements.- Convey progress and forecast information regarding contract variation work, obtained from the Project. - Managers or Site Representative, back to the site Scheduler for inclusion in weekly schedule updates. - Identify and communicate back to the management team, any work activities that are potentially outside of the contracted scope. - Undertake quantity surveying activities to identify and quantify changes and delays affecting the Project. - Receive and complete action items as required. - Liaise with the project team to determine status of activities and follow-up on outstanding items. - Collate, review, submit and store documentation in regard for reporting and claims. - Assist with procurement across the board. - Maintain the procurement register.- Take on and manage/administer live subcontract/supply agreements in consultation with WTG Site Engineers. - Prepare, verify and issue accurate monthly commercial contract revenue invoices. - Provide exceptional levels of customer service including proactively managing customer issues, queries and concerns. - Provide commercial support to the development of new or changing contractual requirements and keeping all internal and external stakeholders updated and informed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Legal, Contract/Commercial Management, Engineering or related field. - Construction Management and/or Project Management. - White Card. - Australian Drivers Licence.Successful candidates will require a Police Check and Medical Check organised by the company.
