You will be working with our Service division, which is a results-focused, family-oriented, and fun-loving team. This opportunity is open to those who are just starting in their career or those who are looking to take the next step and level up What a day-to-day will look like: Daily data entry of timesheets and ensure timesheets submitted from site are accurate and complete against the roster Maintain good customer relations ensuring that inquiries with respect to payroll are dealt with efficiently. Assist in handling and processing general inquiries both internally and externally Processing accounts payable and receivable Raising purchase orders and invoicing General administration duties such as organises booklets/lunches/welcome notes/room presentations, setting up for training as required etc Work closely with the Planning Department to ensure labor is allocated accurately against jobs Order uniforms and ensure the new starter setup is completed Identify and question quoting errors, variances etc. by developing an understanding of business functionality Contribute to the company’s overall safety objective of “100% Safe Behaviour & Conditions, Today” by; actively reporting any near miss, hazards or incidents Your value: Demonstrated previous experience working in a fast-paced administration role, preferably within a heavy industrial environment Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage workload Ability to work autonomously and in a team-focused environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can develop good working relationships Enjoy working as part of a dedicated service team Positive, can-do attitude with a high level of initiative and proactiveness The opportunities: An outstanding career path, competitive remuneration, and the chance to work for a world market leader in the mining services sector are all on the table.
