We are in search of vibrant, energetic and innovative individuals to join our front desk team at our property in Sydney. As a member of the front desk team you will be responsible for the security & safety of our guests and basic administrative duties whilst providing excellent customer service and a fun vibe. The Role Have a fundamental understanding of how to make first impressions last Enthusiasm to connect with guests. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal High level of computer literacy Excellent attention to detail Provide accurate and up to date revenue reports. Handle conflict resolution matters in a prompt and efficient manner. Ensure guest security and privacy is maintained at all times. Previous Accommodation experience in Front Office/Security/Night Audit Must be able to work on a rotating roster which may include weekends. Big Picture.
