We are seeking a Sales Brand Ambassador with an outgoing personality to engage with OPTUS customers and drive sales We are seeking positive and dynamic people to join our team of Optus Sales Ambassadors to promote and drive sales and experiences in the local communities we serve. This is a fast paced and exciting role, where no day is the same. We offer a competitive casual hourly rate (including weekend rates) of $31 - $40 per hour and up to 20 hours/week on offer. Areas include but not limited to: Warringah Mall region Job overview / responsibilities: Work across community events and retail channels Flexible hours to support work-life balance Support to build your skills and confidence with selling and to deliver great customer experiences Increase sales opportunities with customers through your interactive promotion of products and services Actively listen to customers and with your knowledge, help to close customer enquiries and sales Work autonomously but with an overall team focus Access to performance-based rewards and benefits Preferred experience and attributes: Have worked in customer-facing promotional or retail environments Must be well presented, reliable, and able to work variable hours and days Be passionate about people Confident in engaging and building a relationship with customers A current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport Weekend work availability will be required At BIG, our people are the heart of our business.
