About the role: You will be responsible for design, build, implement and operations of Database solutions. You will work to understand the application requirements and identify how the database technologies can be designed and operated to enable the requirements. For this role, you will need strong experience in the following Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or relevant industry certifications / experience (MS-SQL, Oracle, Other) 5 years' experience in IT engineering, design / build or Senior DBA Practical knowledge of accountable technologies and implementation / operational support strategies Manage and administer the Database systems to ensure optimal performance, availability and security. Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions based on SQL / Oracle platforms, in collaboration with business applications, enterprise architecture and technology engineers. Manage and collaborate with platform and business applications incidents and requests, ensuring high level of customer service and satisfaction in Database solutions. Lead and collaborate in technology projects, including lifecycle upgrades, PAAS migration. Develop automation and monitoring solutions to streamline operational efficiency, capacity and performance.
