Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:- Providing high level of administration support across the business. Handle client enquiries. Preparing letters and correspondence for clients. Ensuring files are of a high standard and compliant with criteria set by the company. Efficiently manage electronic documents. Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors. The upkeep and entry of all relevant client information and communication. Photocopying, filing and data entry as required. The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment. Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes:- Outcome focused and target driven. A high level of numeracy and attention for detail. Highly developed verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and negotiation skill. The ability to remain calm under pressure. Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
