You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (recruitment marketers, shortlisters, and client success specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies When joining our team you will also have the opportunity to work closely with and sell our new revolutionary AI Suite The future of recruitment software is here and you can be part of it Responsibilities Include: Connect with prospects and engage in impactful conversations; Consistently meet and exceed sales and KPI targets; Identify and leverage value propositions to secure new business; Collaborate with specialist teams to tailor optimal solutions for clients; Manage the cross-sell and up-sell process from start to finish; Cultivate strong relationships, drive renewals, and expand client portfolio; and Increase lifetime value and maximise platform usage on the Scout Talent platform.
