About the Opportunity Reporting to the Leadership Development Manager, you will work across the Leadership, Capability and Learning Function to scope, design and curate engaging, effective and impactful learning experiences that lead to tangible performance and behavioural change. This could be just the right role for you As a learning experience design expert and strategic learning advisor, you will be scoping, designing, and curating some of the RACV Group’s highest priority learning solutions. Key responsibilities: Create face to face, virtual, digital, micro, and just in time learning resources Contribute to enhancing the enterprise learning experience and building enterprise- wide capability for now and into the future. Offer customised and curated solutions based on your expertise, insight into current and future trends and emerging themes. Utilise existing learning design standards including tools, templates and processes whilst lifting internal learning design & development standards Apply RACVs design tools templates and methodology to learning design Ability to quickly pivot from strategic thinking, learning consultation and needs analysis into the design and development of high-quality, engaging, efficient and effective learning content and experiences that clearly align to business outcomes and needs What you’ll need to be successful Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment. (Preferred) Degree or higher in Adult Learning (Preferred) Content or Copy Writing Certifications (Desired) Formal qualifications in E-Learning content design and/or adult learning (Preferred) Expertise in developing digital learning for blended programs across multiple verticals Exposure to UX/UI advantageous Strong understanding of digital learning (including learner experience) & adult learning principles Experience partnering with stakeholders to create interactive learning elements and engaging activities utilising a range of techniques Understand and be comfortable working within an iterative design process Agile project and learning design methodology desirable Our Values If you’re curious, we’re always looking for the best and brightest minds to come aboard for the journey.
