We're seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks QLD team in Warana. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience. Duties include but are not limited to Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails. Represent Brickworks as a front-line company representative, contributing to business development and growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brickworks products and services. Support Sales Representatives as needed. Perform accurate data entry for orders, credits, returns, stock, and pricing inquiries. Ensure office, work areas, and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean, and presentable. Success Requirements Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred). Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred). Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
