About the role and where you will be working: This Administration Officer supports the role of the Village Manager and the Retirement Village team by providing Administrative duties, in all areas of the business by performing general office duties. This position is located 3 days per week at Prindiville Village located in North Perth and 2 days per week in Hilton. This is a part time role at 44 hours a fortnight (working across Monday - Friday) We’ll also be asking you to: Scheduling and organising of Village Managers (VM) Monthly Meetings, events, and end of year functions. Preparation and distribution of Monthly reports for VM meetings for Senior Village Manager General administrative duties including typing of correspondence, mail merges documentation, photocopying, binding, and retention of documentation in TRIM. Processing on SharePoint of all approved RVS invoices. Relieving Village Managers and SPRE Head of Sales on holiday relief as and perform the duties as required. Organising and monitoring of display furniture in Villages re: set up and relocation. Complete new Village Scheme and Residency leases and all required documentation for approval and secure filing in accordance with legislation and regulations, the self-check list. Preparation and binding of Rental Agreements for all Rental Villages for approval by CPO. Manage and process Residents Termination documentation in accordance with the ILU Resident Vacating and Resale process. To be considered for this role, you’ll need: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of general administration tasks to ensure compliance, retention, and delivery of all tasks accurately and on time. Completion of Year 12 with an understanding of complex lease contracts an advantage. Able to maintain positive and productive working relationships with staff, clients, and others. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
