Job Description KPMG's Finance division are looking for a highly talented National Payroll Administrator to join our growing Payroll team on a full time basis offering high quality end-to-end payroll processing services to the Australian firm. Your new role: As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with the Senior Manager to deliver payroll processing services on a weekly and monthly basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that the payroll is processed in line with local rules and legislation. You will also be responsible for leveraging your experience to support continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Your role will include: Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for the employees of the Australian firm Support the Payroll Manager with compliance on payroll statutory obligations and reporting requirements Process payroll related third party payments, including superannuation , PAYG , payroll tax Developing strong relationships with Finance and People & Inclusion. How are you extraordinary? You are a people-person with a client -service mindset who seeks to proactively collaborate and consult across multiple capabilities. Good understanding of payroll and people analytics, payroll processes, time and attendance systems is advantageous A strong problem solver that can work under pressure with a deadline Qualifications You bring to the role Strong working knowledge of payroll in Australia At least 5 years’ experience in payroll administration Exceptional customer service and communication skills across all levels of the business Excellent interpersonal skills with enthusiasm and drive The ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail Working knowledge of large payroll systems such as SAP is desirable Additional Information KPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
