An exciting new role has become available within our My Guardian family in the position of Graphic Designer. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Head Office located in Revesby. Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be involved in and overseeing all operational functions delivered by Aged and Disability Support Services. JOB DESCRIPTION: Prioritize the creation of visually engaging assets, including graphics and videos, to enhance brand representation and audience engagement. Develop content strategies aligned with the company's messaging and marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends, integrating timely topics into asset-centric content creation for sustained audience interest. Apply SEO best practices to written content, enhancing online visibility, and regularly analyze metrics for strategic refinement. Foster community interaction through social media, responding promptly to audience interactions and contributing to a positive online brand presence. REQUIREMENTS: (REQUIRED) Minimum 3 years of design experience, supported by an updated portfolio. (REQUIRED) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. Familiarity with other design platforms such as Canva, Miro, etc. Bonus: Familiarity with video editing software like After Effects or Premiere Pro. Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time.
