Administration Officer — South Melbourne, Port Phillip

About the role: This position is situated within the Office of the CEO. The Administration Officer will primarily provide administration support to MacKillop’s Director Clinical Services and the wider Clinical Services team. This position will be based within reception at MacKillop’s South Melbourne office and will also provide customer focused reception functions as required. This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Office of the CEO. The position reports to the Manager, Office of the CEO. Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, produce work of a high quality and consistently meet deadlines. Commitment to high levels of customer service, including the ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure. Demonstrated experience working in an administration capacity.
