The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to effectively design and teach theoretical and practical sessions, to students in undertaking Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), Certificate IV in Disability Support and Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability).ABOUT YOUCurrent industry knowledge directly relevant to the training and assessment being delivered, with a particular emphasis on current technology and industry practice.Demonstrated experience in innovative course design and development in the context of flexible learning environments.Ability to effectively convey skills appropriate to a diverse student population through the selection and use of a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies.Highly developed interpersonal skills. written and verbal communications skills.Relevant industry qualification relating to specialist/inclusive education, disability, psychology or social work.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
