As they continue to expand through mergers and acquisitions an increased focus on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality is required to coordinate their numerous sites and locations and incorporate new manufacturing facilities into their portfolio.Description Role objectives – to support the HSEQ Team and Group businesses in maintaining and delivering the HSEQ Management System documents and related control of administrative data, information and records.Key duties:Maintain document control system to meet ISO Standards and apply on controlled documents and recordsMaintain ISO Standards subscription to support Group HSEQ management system and product compliance obligation and end use needsMaintain Group HSEQ management system documents template, ensure the documents are formatted accordingly and document controlledMaintain Group HSEQ Policies, Procedures, forms and data according to the documents control system and its availability to end usersMaintain HSE list of legal subscription and updated for change management and communication to Group businessesMaintain HSEQ data, information and records in Donesafe, including uploads and its availability and communication to end userAdministration of Donesafe, including user setup, data entry and reportingMaintain and document control HSEQ management system publication on Group SharePoint, including upload, document control and change management and its communication to end userSupport the HSEQ Team and Group businesses with the maintenance of legal obligatory records for change management plans, risk assessments, consultation, SDSs, incidents & investigations, Safety Alerts, NCRs, CARs, HSEQ resources libraryCoordination and scheduling of self-evaluations, internal auditing and ISO external auditing and related NCRs, CARs and ISO certification reports and recordsMaintain HSEQ Competency Framework and need analysis to meeting Group’s businesses’ capabilities for high-risk processes and activities and operational needs, in collaboration with HR Learning and Development TeamMaintaining and document control, including formatting of HSEQ training material and inductions and related recordsCapture and collation of performance data and its reporting and coordination – injuries, RTW, external notices, contractors, inductions, etc ProfileIf you have experience in safety that would be an advantage, but strong administration skills are what will win you this roleProficiency in navigating SharePoint and MS Office suite is required. Someone with a solid work ethic, a high attention-to-detail and appreciation for process will hit the ground running in this role.
