In this role you will work closely with internal units to deliver a high standard of customer service over the phone, face-to-face and via email. This position is Casual, on a as needed basis. Day’s range from Mondays to Friday. For further information on the position please refer to the Position Description . What you need to Thrive A Current Drivers Licence Experience working in customer service and being able to provide high quality service, internally and externally. Being approachable and having the ability to listen to customer enquiries. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload. Excellent communication skills – written, and verbal. Ability to work in a team environment and promote a positive team attitude, over all three customer service centres. Experience working with computers and digital applications.
