They are now ready to scale the business and are looking for a driven & motivated Sales Manager to come onboard and join the team The Role: This company is on the hunt for a true sales superstar, to take the lead in a Sales Management position. This role is both a mix of management & sales which means you will not only need to be strong in managing a team, but also someone with exceptional sales skills. You will be maximizing revenue opportunities from high potential corporate accounts, alongside leading the strategy and working with the existing sales team members on these accounts. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting an existing team of 5, ensuring performance is on track and the sales team is on target. This will involve training the team on sales techniques to ensure they are performing at an optimal level and developing their skills along the way to create a high performing team. You must be someone who is proactive & can bring fresh new approaches which will help accelerate the businesses growth. Core Duties: Daily management & support of the existing team. Daily tracking & monitoring of performance to ensure all of the sales team are on target. Set & drive cultural initiatives within the team, freedom to motivate & incentivize as you see fit You must be a sales superstar & have the ability to teach the team how to become effective salespeople. Have strong emotional intelligence to handle the teams very diverse personalities & have ability to handle team members who are resistant to change. Must have a very good understanding of Salesforce, using pipelines and forecasting. Must have managed a sales team before & have ideally gone through sales management/leadership training modules. Ideally looking for someone with wholesale B2B FMCG experience however open to other industries.
