Create content from concept through to final artwork delivery & partner with the team to complete various design projects & provide creative input. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Print and Packaging Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team at Allkinds. Reporting to the Product Design and Development Manager, and working closely with the Art Director this role will be responsible for creating work of the highest standard, from concept through to final artwork delivery. THE ROLE: Mock up concepts for product and packaging design, and once finalised take through to Finished Art Create Allkinds Illustrations, work on custom typography, prints and textile pattern design Assist PR/Marketing Department and Brand Art Director on seasonal event and activation collateral Editing store and promotional photos Assist with visual concepts and artwork for seasonal campaign shoots, including concepts for illustration, graphics and typography Set up new documents and brand decks as required Support retail team with designing and formatting product knowledge, staff training tools and documentation On-site in St Kilda Rd offices 5 days per week. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Print and Packaging Graphic Design position (Beauty and additional digital experience advantageous) A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design Willing to apply for or hold a valid ‘Working with Children Check Strong InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills (additional Figma and Notion experience advantageous) Creative flair and high level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in teams to design from initial concept stage through to final artwork and art delivery Ability to adapt to changes and work efficiently to ensure work is produced on time Proven problem solving and decision-making skills ALL KINDS OF AWESOMENESS FOR OUR TEAM: Generous team member discount across Brandbank brands Supportive team culture and environment Opportunity to work for a uniquely Australian Retail Group with a global vision Employee Referral Program – be rewarded for referring great new people to our team AllKinds is a world of self-care and self-expression, just for kids and teens.
