Demonstrated willingness to be a role model for teaching/assessing/building positive relationships with students Demonstrated ability to identify own learning needs and obtain support for professional development to be able to perform as a Vocational Education teacher of the 21st century Possess sound computer skills to email, access databases, use MS Office and Learning Management Systems Qualifications TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B Relevant vocational qualification or degree in vocational areas applicable to Vocational Education programs AQF5 level (or above) Qualification in Education About Swinburne University of Technology Swinburne Horizon 2025 draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
