We think a pretty good job starts here……… About the role: As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver a high level of service and act as a first point of contact for customers seeking advice and assistance or information regarding Unitywater via email and phone and some face to face. You will provide professional, accurate and timely customer service regarding our operations through multiple channels whilst always maintaining confidentiality of customer information. There is always something new to learn and we encourage empathy, curiosity, problem solving, questioning and critical thinking to achieve the best experience for our customers. The pillars for our team are to provide excellent customer service, be professional, efficient and consistent and finally to support each other in a kind and thriving culture. About you: To contribute to Unitywater’s values of Reliability , Safety , Honesty & Integrity , Efficiency , One Team , Innovation , you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: Demonstrated customer service experience in delivering high quality customer service in a dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous improvement. Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation, and the ability to maintain composure and objectivity in difficult situations. Well-developed time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, take initiative, exercise sound judgement and be self-managed. Demonstrated competency in the use of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
