We are seeking a talented and creative Sales Operations Manager to join their team. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies in alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be focused on optimizing team productivity to achieve sales and profitability goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage the training and ongoing performance of the sales team Set, manage, and achieve individual sales revenue targets for the sales team Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies, emphasising product and solution selling Negotiate new contracts to drive business growth. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving overall company objectives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Prepare weekly Sales Performance reports capturing Plan vs Actual and Run-Home analysis that incorporates actionable remedies if required. Role Requirements: Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development Proven experience running a successful sales team with individual and team targets An analytical mindset with experience in preparing sales plans and reports The ability to quickly identify revenue-generating opportunities and create/implement strategies to achieve them Ability to present data-driven findings and decisions.
