As part of our Selling Equipment & Technical Services team, you'll be at the heart of our business, supporting functional managers and ensuring seamless administrative processes. Based in our Keilor Park facility and reporting to the National Operations Manager, this is your chance to make a real impact while utilising your expertise to drive departmental success. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to functional managers. Efficiently manage shared mailboxes, promptly resolving queries and escalating issues as needed. Take charge of sales reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Spearhead the creation and implementation of SOPs, optimising existing processes. Manage invoice creation and follow-up, ensuring smooth financial operations. Assist logistics with sales queries, addressing escalations promptly. Review and adjust asset allocations to maintain accurate accounts. Collaborate with the Asset and Procurement Managers to support asset lifecycle activities. If you possess the following attributes, we want to hear from you: Experience/Qualifications Proven experience in fast-paced environment. Strong administrative background, ideally with logistics, service, or equipment management exposure. Track record of continuous improvement and meeting operational targets. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with excellent reporting skills. SAP experience is advantageous. Formal qualifications in Business Administration or related field are highly regarded.
