About the role We have an opportunity for an Administration officer/Receptionist to join our Joondalup team on a permanent part time basis to work Wednesday through Friday between 9 AM- 5 PM. The position involves providing administrative support and promote customer service within the facility, general data entry, minute taking, photocopying, typing and distribution of documents, management of telephone systems, rostering staffs and more. About you You will the first point of contact for families, residents, staff, and others. You will have: Experience working in a similar role. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Microsoft Office skills and experience at an intermediate level Solutions focused and ability to problem solve.
