Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to become a valuable addition to our client's team in Wetherill Park. In this role, responsibilities include handling inbound calls and efficiently managing customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Addressing customer inquiries involves providing accurate information and solutions Managing data entry tasks includes accurately inputting and organizing various information into digital systems Handling inbound calls requires efficiently managing incoming phone calls, providing assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining positive and professional interactions with customers. Cultivating positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism Striving to exceed customer expectations and providing a positive experience to enhance brand loyalty. Collaborating with other departments within the organization to address customer needs effectively.
