Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa. Selection Criteria to be addressed: Current registration as Registered Nurse (Division 1) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Neonatal Nursing and willingness to obtain Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide family centred care Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal Demonstrated commitment to professional development Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements.
