12 month casual appointment pool We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 12 months from the first appointment. Appointments made on a casual basis. Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise. Lecturers also undertake Professional Activities (PA) and Activities Related to Delivery (ARD). In order to maintain quality educational services, lecturers are required to keep abreast of technological and other developments in their field through professional development to provide up-to-date information and advice to the College and industry, where appropriate. To be successful in this role you will have a must have a Bachelors degree in an Allied Health discipline (or equivalent). The successful applicant will also have at least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position with an ability to facilitate and encourage learning. SM TAFE prefers lecturers to hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116, or TAE40110 and the additional skill sets referred to in Schedule 1, Item 2 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 .
