About the role As an AGL-owned company, connectnow specialises in helping Australians transition their utilities into their new homes by providing a range of services including connections for electricity, gas, internet, phone, insurance, pay TV, and more. Located in the Docklands area of Melbourne, our modern and bright offices offer a dynamic and fun contact centre environment. We are currently hiring for multiple full-time permanent positions commencing Monday the 18th of March with flexible work arrangements including the option to work from home two days per week after training. The role includes occasional paid overtime shifts on Saturdays (9am-1pm) once every six weeks. As a connectnow Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality outcomes every time they engage with us. We've helped 1.5 million people move home by sorting their home moving needs. We take the stress out of moving by sorting your essential home moving needs in one call. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary (OTE $80,000) along with a commission structure that rewards performing agents with an additional $1,500 -$5,000 in commission per month.
