The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our business operations by providing high-level support to Head of Retail, Pacific. About the role: Draft reports, business plans and case studies as and when required for the retail teams Co-ordinating national department functions, internal meetings and client meetings Review, approve national invoices for payment including recoverable codes and liaise with Finance Department Coordinate internal and external events General administration items and other duties as required. About you: Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but not essential Superior attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks Superior organization skills and ability to work to strict deadlines Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication Excellent written and oral presentation skills So, what's in it for you?
