Reporting directly to our Solutions Manager, you will have the chance to gain extensive insights into the industry and work required for the role. Who you are? You are a solution-oriented person with strong technical skills and a knack for problem-solving. In this customer-facing role, you thrive at translating detailed technical ideas into straightforward plans that instil confidence and clarity into customers. This position offers you the chance to delve deep into the industry, becoming a trusted expert across Payroll, WFM, HR solutions. This is an opportunity to master these domains and empowering clients with comprehensive knowledge and guidance. What you will do? Leading discovery calls with customers to better understand their requirements to provide targeted solutions Building and delivering detailed software demonstrations Support the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise Contribute to our product’s evolution and continuously educate yourself on new feature designs and the product roadmap. Helping to contribute to pre-sales documentation, including building interactive product demonstrations Assisting with responses to bids What you will need? 5 years of experience with Payroll, WFM or HR software Previous experience in Payroll services or payroll domain knowledge would be highly preferred. Complex enterprise sales cycle experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and lead key conversations, influencing at a c-suite level.
