Our client is the 3rd largest FinTech (SaaS) in the world and is seeking an enthusiastic Mid Level Visual Designer Join this innovative global leader, providing its customers with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver. What your exciting days will look like: Leading the web design experience for Australia and developing markets, ensuring brand consistency and alignment. Partnering with web developers to build seamless and engaging user experiences. Collaborating with content designers to create marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Contributing to the design system and championing its adoption within the team. Applying UX principles to innovate and provide solutions based on customer feedback and business objectives. Demonstrating leadership through collaboration, inclusivity, and respect for diverse perspectives. What you'll bring to the team: Applied experience with Figma - storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping Proven experience in visual/digital design with a focus on web design. Experience working with developers, design systems, and various marketing channels (email, social, display, print). Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in integrated marketing. Curiosity for new ideas, commitment to customer feedback, and ability to iterate rapidly. Experience with customer research and translating findings into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on building stakeholder relationships.
