Help shape the future of children in our care We invite you to join us an Inclusion Support Assistant, utilising your expertise to support individual children with comprehensive and passionate care to ensure any additional needs are met and they can flourish in our play-based learning environments. These positions are casual, giving you the capability to work across all of our Townsville Centres. Our casual pool offers the ultimate flexibility to work where and when you are able to. So your time with us can line up perfectly with your needs. In return for your dedication and care, you’ll receive above-award hourly wages based on your qualifications of $34.73-$37.68 Super. What you’ll bring To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be working towards: A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one). We would also love you to have: A passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community. A commitment to ongoing education and training so you can keep growing your career and impact.
