Their current book of work in South East Qld is circa $2b and their live project is over $300m. The role As a result of our their continued success they are in need of a Contracts Administrator that has experience working in the commercial construction / high rise residential environment. The opportunity is working on one of their Gold Coast projects which is due to run through to late 2024 before beginning work on their next tower. They use first class systems and procedures when it comes to procurement and cost management and you will be exposed to the best in the industry. This project is well over $300m and requires someone with proven Contracts Administrator experience and will suit someone interested in being exposed to beautiful projects and industry leaders.
