As a Depot Supervisor, you will have direct responsibility for a team of drivers, dispatchers, and refuellers, overseeing their coordination to achieve the required coverage and performance to deliver our contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold a customer-centric experience. You'll be involved in Efficient resource management: Allocate resources, manage headcount, and ensure day-to-day employee availability for seamless operations. Inspirational leadership: Lead your team, uphold company values, and drive performance measured against KPIs and policies. Compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to national fatigue guidelines, regulations, and enterprise agreements in all allocated work. Performance analysis and improvement: Analyze data on employee performance, implement corrective measures, and manage absenteeism effectively. Customer-centric focus: Foster a culture of customer service excellence, manage customer requirements, and engage with staff for continuous improvement. The boxes you'll tick Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading large teams, coupled with exceptional communication skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Operational expertise: In-depth knowledge of operational systems and logistics functions to ensure efficient depot operations. Initiative and adaptability: Self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks, thriving in a dynamic work environment. Organizational skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing deadlines, and handle unexpected challenges effectively. Proficient in investigations and management: Skilled in managing complex investigations, performance/conduct cases, and engaging team members, along with strong computer literacy and a minimum medium rigid driver's license.
