The Opportunity Online Education Services (OES) is an education provider that partners with universities to provide purposefully designed and highly engaging online programs. This position will be working within OES in association with Swinburne University Online . Swinburne University Online (SOL) delivers world-class learning though degrees specifically designed for the online student. Each degree is tailored to provide opportunities for students who are often unable to undertake university studies on campus. The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for a team of SOL Course Consultants, who provide course consultation services for prospective students - guiding them through their decision-making process and managing the enrolment process. The Sales Team Leader delivers strong leadership, coaching, support, development, motivation, and performance management to your sales team to deliver on the strategic goals of the business. The Team Leader is also responsible for providing management with reports and plans on improvements for enrolment conversions and working with other departments to optimise results. The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative, motivation, and self-management. About You To be successful in this role you will have: 2 years’ experience in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, support and provide feedback to enhance and develop a sales team in a fast-paced environment A demonstrated commitment to exemplary sales principles and management of sales pipelines Experience in interpreting data, and developing sales remedial plans Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and lead group of salespeople to achieve targets and KPIs Ability to positively contribute to the development of a culture that maximises employee and student engagement Excellent interpersonal communication skills to facilitate the provision of advice and support required by both staff and students Demonstrated high-level computer literacy including the use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications and capacity to learn new programs; Salesforce experience is preferable Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education and training is preferred Experience in an administrative role coordinating of a range of functions including provision of advice about, and interpretation of policies and procedures, in a tertiary education institution would be an advantage.
