About the role We have a great opportunity for a Billing Officer to join our Customer Fulfilment team, Reporting to the Team Leader - Billing, the role supports the review, coordination and optimisation of NDIS Billing and NDIS funded customers The role will include: Conducting billing activities through the use of Carelink to produce accurate bills for services delivered Producing and distributing customer bills in a timely manner to ensure payment is received promptly Identifying and escalating any inconsistencies or concerns to ensure that concerns are managed quickly and effectively. Assisting in the continuous improvement of billing practices based on best practice Contributing to regular reporting requirements to show the status of billing activities against objectives Assisting in the design, development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures About You Customer focussed with a desire to strive to achieve measures of success, take initiative and continuously seek to improve performance Proven experience in a customer service role within a fast paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work Experience in using Carelink and working in rostering is desirable, as is experience in community service and/ or a not for profit environment Demonstrates high level competence in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft office Benefits and Perks Salary Packaging Benefits Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
